About This Project
This project incorporates a variety of cladding and rainscreen systems, demonstrating extensive capability in delivering high-quality façade solutions across multiple materials and finishes. The roof was constructed using Kingspan RW insulated composite panels installed at an 8-degree pitch, complemented by matching wall cladding to create a cohesive external envelope. The garage areas feature Kingspan Mini Micro architectural wall panels, finished in a selection of colours from the XL Forté Symphony range. The combination of green RAL tones enhances the building’s modern visual identity and elevates the Architectural Wall Panel system. Additional feature elements include western red cedar cladding at key entrance points, along with Alucobond “anodised look” secret-fix soffit cladding to the canopy, complete with fascia details in a matching finish. Attention to detail is carried through the entire façade, with aluminium flashings and a polyester powder-coated aluminium capping system designed to integrate seamlessly with the overall cladding and panel design.
