About This Project
This new-build development features a full insulated composite panel system to create a modern, high-performance office and warehouse facility. The roof is constructed using Kingspan RW insulated composite panels with matching flashings, installed horizontally in a metallic silver finish to deliver a clean, uniform appearance. The warehouse façades continue this specification, with horizontally laid panels in the same metallic silver tone, complemented by Micro-Rib architectural wall panels to enhance the overall contemporary aesthetic. The office section introduces smooth black cladding panels to the fascia, providing a striking visual contrast and defining the building’s architectural character. To complete the envelope, parapet cladding was detailed with a bespoke polyester powder-coated capping piece, achieving a crisp, professional finish throughout.
